Villains is a PFP art project for the more… dastardly. Inspired by one of the greatest rap albums of all time, Villains: possess supernatural abilities, are the personification of carnage, and accurately reflect the dark side of our beings.

Integrations / Utility

On Monday, October 25, 2021 we will be opening applications for holders of PROV, Mannys, and Rugs to change their Villain’s identity, or background. The changes will be reflected in the visual art as well as the metadata / properties. This change could potentially increase your rarity dramatically, while adding a level of individuality, personalization, and uniqueness to your Villain NFT.

Please note, in order to make these changes you will need to hold 1 of each NFT you are combining. For example if I want to update my Villain’s identity to a Manny and change the background to a Rug, I will need to have a wallet that holds at least 1 Manny, 1 Rug, and 1 Villain. Once the process is complete your Villain will be updated automatically to reflect the requested change.

The initial integrations are inspired by the common practice of NFT collectors doing custom edits of NFTs they collected to combine them into one profile picture. As platforms like twitter look to verify profile images, and the meta-verse expands, we want to give Villains collectors the opportunity to show love for more than 1 project at a time in a way that is verifiable on chain.
